Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cosporti mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by:

By accessing, registering for, or using Cosporti, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.


 

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Cosporti”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Cosporti LTD.

  • “User” refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

  • “Participant” refers to a User who joins an Activity.

  • “Organiser” refers to a User who creates and publishes an Activity.

  • “Activity” refers to any sports, fitness, or physical event listed on the Platform.

  • “Third-Party Services” refers to services provided by third parties, including but not limited to AWS, Stripe, Apple, Google, Firebase, and Google Analytics.


 

2. PLATFORM ROLE AND DISCLAIMER

Cosporti is a technology platform only.

Cosporti:

  • Does not organise, host, supervise, manage, or conduct Activities

  • Does not employ, represent, or control Organisers or Participants

  • Does not own, manage, or inspect venues, facilities, or equipment

All Activities are created and run entirely by Users.
Cosporti acts solely as an intermediary marketplace facilitating discovery, booking, and payments.


 

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements

  • Be physically and medically fit to participate in sports activities

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.


 

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Illness

  • Permanent disability

  • Property damage

  • Death

By using Cosporti and participating in any Activity, you voluntarily and expressly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.


 

5. WAIVER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 No Liability for Injuries or Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosporti shall not be liable for any:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Accidents or incidents

  • Loss or damage to property

  • Acts or omissions of Users

  • Disputes between Users

This applies whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise.

5.2 User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • Participation is entirely at your own risk

  • Cosporti has no duty of care regarding Activities

  • Any claims must be directed solely to the Organiser or relevant third party


 

6. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

Participants agree that they:

  • Are medically fit to participate

  • Will follow Organiser rules and instructions

  • Will use appropriate equipment and attire

  • Are responsible for their own safety and conduct


 

7. ORGANISER OBLIGATIONS

Organisers confirm that they:

  • Have the legal right to organise the Activity

  • Have permission to use the venue

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Take reasonable steps to ensure participant safety

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Organisers are solely responsible for:

  • Activity execution

  • Participant safety

  • Injuries, damages, or losses

  • Insurance coverage (if required)


 

8. PAYMENTS, STRIPE, FEES, AND REFUNDS

8.1 Payment Processing

All payments made through Cosporti are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider.

Cosporti does not store or process payment card details. All payment information is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

By making or receiving payments through Cosporti, you agree to be bound by:

  • Stripe’s Services Agreement

  • Stripe’s Privacy Policy

Cosporti is not responsible for Stripe’s services, performance, errors, or availability.


 

8.2 Payments by Participants

When a Participant books an Activity:

  • The total price, including the platform service fee, is clearly shown before payment

  • Payment is required in full to confirm the booking

  • Funds are collected by Stripe on behalf of the Organiser


 

8.3 Payments to Organisers

Organisers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.

By connecting a Stripe account, Organisers:

  • Authorise Cosporti and Stripe to process payments on their behalf

  • Agree to Stripe’s terms as an independent payment recipient

  • Are responsible for the accuracy of their payout and tax information

Payouts are typically released after the Activity is completed, subject to Stripe’s processing times and requirements.

Cosporti does not guarantee payout timing and is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe.


 

8.4 Platform Fees

Cosporti charges a platform service fee, disclosed at the time of booking.

The platform fee:

  • Is added on top of the Organiser’s price

  • Is paid by the Participant

  • Covers platform usage, payment facilitation, and support services

Stripe processing fees may also apply.


 

8.5 Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in the Activity details:

  • Participants may cancel up to 24 hours before the Activity start time for a full refund

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund

Refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
Cosporti is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or the user’s bank.


 

8.6 Chargebacks and Disputes

Any chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals:

  • Are handled through Stripe

  • May result in deductions from the Organiser’s payouts

  • May lead to account suspension if abuse is detected

Cosporti reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in excessive disputes or fraudulent activity.


 

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SOFTWARE

Cosporti relies on Third-Party Services, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) – hosting and infrastructure

  • Stripe – payment processing

  • Apple – account authentication and app distribution

  • Google – authentication, Firebase services, and Google Analytics

Cosporti:

  • Does not control these services

  • Is not responsible for outages, errors, or data loss caused by them

  • Disclaims liability for Third-Party Service failures

Use of the Platform implies acceptance of relevant third-party terms.


 

10. DATA, ANALYTICS, AND SECURITY

Cosporti uses analytics and monitoring tools to:

  • Improve platform performance

  • Detect fraud and abuse

  • Analyse usage trends

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


 

11. USER CONDUCT

You must not:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Harass or endanger others

  • Provide false information

  • Misuse the Platform

Cosporti may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.


 

12. NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • Employment

  • Partnership

  • Agency

  • Joint venture

Between Cosporti and any User.


 

13. INSURANCE

Cosporti provides no insurance coverage.
Users are responsible for obtaining personal or professional insurance.


 

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, branding, and software belong to Cosporti LTD.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.


 

15. TERMINATION

Cosporti may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations or misuse.


 

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosporti’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User to Cosporti in the previous 12 months.


 

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
